 L338  Backing: Film  Raw Material Size: 1.38m*100m  Abrasive: Hiden super coated aluminum oxide corundum, there is Fused Zirconia Alumina in grits: 60#, 80#, 100#, 120#  Grit: 40#-2000#  Usage: Furniture, wood, metal, filler, putty, electronic, autobody, paint etc.This material is mainly made into: Velcro sand paper and self-adhesive sanding disk. It is mainly used in the sanding of car paint, paint, filler, putty, electronic product, metal, aluminum alloy etc.

This product has four advantages:

The biggest advantage of this product is that it had the hidden super coated aluminium oxide corundum.The difference between it and other conventional coating is, conventional anti-clogging sandpaper is white, there are two layers of sanding surface, during sanding, the white powder on the sand paper falls down together with the sanding product’s dust, therefore, it can be anti-clogging at the beginning but when the white powder falls off in a very short time, it becomes not anti-clogging very soon. And this affects the life of the sand paper. However, our oslong L338 has hidden anti-clogging coating, which you can’t see it with your eyes. When you rub our sand paper by folding it, you can see the hidden anti-clogging coating. This is because our hidden anti-clogging coating has mixed with the abrasive surface closely. When you use our L338 sand paper from the beginning to the end, it is anti-clogging and very wearable.

Another new technology of this product is the film backing.The stickiness between the abrasive and the film backing is very good and strong, so sand falling will never happen and this strengthens the life of the sandpaper.

The third point is, it is of film backing, so the abrasive surface evenness is much better than conventional paper .Therefore, the effectiveness of sanding product is very good.The finer the grit is, the easier it can perform itself. Besides,there is Zirconia Corundum in grits: 60#, 80#, 100#, 120#, so the sanding will be faster, stronger, and more wear-resistant, the products will not turn into black after sanding.
